suzaku is the leader of the 4 saint beasts, a group of higher level demons who are bent on unleashing an army of maki. Maki are insects invisible to humans, and farely bigger than a wasp, which possess the body and turn it into a zombie-like creature controlled bu suzaku. Suzaku uses lightning based attacks and can multiply himself.
