Also known as Doctor, he is a human who obtains powers. he is a real doctor who works at the Hospital, and has the power to create viruses, reatactch limbs, alter his own chemistry, and creaete a psychic scalpal, which appears as a normal one but is imbued with spirit power. He is somewhat evil, but more or less misguided.
